How do I become a customer?
Submit the online registration form. An account manager verifies your veterinary license, sets up your account, and sends your portal login.
Do I need a DEA registration to open an account?
No. A DEA registration is required only if you plan to order controlled medications.
How do I order Schedule II medications?
Two ways: sign electronically through CSOS with your DEA-issued certificate, or complete a paper DEA Form 222. For paper orders, Rapid C2 Service sends you an overnight label for the original form.
How do I order Schedule III, IV, and V medications?
Through the portal, by phone, or through your account manager, like any other product. No Form 222 is required.
What is Rapid C2 Service?
A five-step process for paper Form 222 orders. Email or fax a copy of your completed form to vetsales@pharmsourceah.com or (754) 200-2905. After review, we email an overnight label ($20 per label) for the original, then process and pack your order. Delivery can be as fast as 24 hours after we receive the form.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed by the daily cutoff ship the same day by UPS Next Day, 2 Day, or Ground. Refrigerated items ship Next Day in cold-chain packaging; orders with refrigerated items placed on Friday ship Monday. Fluids ship Ground.
What does shipping cost?
UPS Next Day $27.50, 2 Day $24.95, Ground $17.95. Free shipping applies over $200 (Next Day, non-refrigerated), $300 (Next Day, refrigerated), $175 (2 Day), and $150 (Ground). See the Shipping Policy page.
What products do you carry?
Chemotherapy and oncology medications, controlled medications, generic medications, nutraceuticals, dental care items, chemo safety and PPE and CSTD products, anesthetics and sedatives, ophthalmology medications, irrigation and IV fluids, and sutures.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Pharmsource is a DEA-registered wholesale distributor with state wholesale licensure and CSOS-enabled Schedule II ordering.
How do I return a product?
Call 877-336-3895 for an RMA number before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns are not processed. See the Return Policy page for eligible items and terms.
