Six steps
From registration to your first order

Become a customer
Submit the registration form. An account manager verifies your veterinary license and sets up your account. A DEA registration is only needed if you plan to order controlled medications.

Get portal access
Once approved, you receive a login for the online portal with your pricing, order history, invoices, and statements.

Place orders
Order in the portal, by phone at 877-336-3895, or through your account manager. Schedule III through V medications are ordered this way with no Form 222.

Order Schedule II
Sign electronically through CSOS with your DEA-issued certificate, or use a paper DEA Form 222. For paper orders, email or fax a copy to vetsales@pharmsourceah.com or (754) 200-2905 and use Rapid C2 Service for the original.

Receive your shipment
Orders placed by the daily cutoff ship the same day by UPS Next Day, 2 Day, or Ground. Refrigerated items ship Next Day; fluids ship Ground.

Your account manager handles backorders, product questions, returns (RMA at 877-336-3895), and controlled-substance paperwork.

- Practice name, shipping address, and billing information
- Your state veterinary license number
- DEA registration, only if you will order controlled medications
- A contact name, email, and phone for the account
