Ordering and fulfillment
Order online, ship the same day
Online ordering portal
Browse the catalog, see your pricing, reorder, track shipments, and pull invoices and statements at any hour.
Same-day processing
Orders placed by the daily cutoff ship the same day by UPS Next Day, 2 Day, or Ground. Refrigerated items ship Next Day in cold-chain packaging.
Short-dated and closeout offers
Rotating offers on shorter-dated lots and closeouts at reduced pricing, while supplies last.
Returns
Returns require an RMA number issued in advance. Call 877-336-3895 to request one. Full terms are on the Return Policy page.
Controlled medications
Schedule II by CSOS or paper Form 222
Schedule III through V medications do not require a Form 222 and are ordered through the portal or your account manager.
CSOS
Order Schedule II medications electronically using your personal DEA-issued CSOS certificate. CSOS replaces the paper DEA Form 222 for Schedule II orders.

Email or fax a copy of your completed Form 222 to vetsales@pharmsourceah.com or (754) 200-2905. After review, we email an overnight label ($20) for the original, then process and pack your order.

DEA-registered and state-licensed
Pharmsource is a licensed wholesale distributor with DEA registration and state wholesale licensure. Product is sourced through manufacturers and authorized distributors. Safety Data Sheets are available on request.
